A 2006 study in the Medscape Journal of Medicine found that apple cider vinegar was effective in curbing appetite and regulating blood sugar. So it is effective in reducing the sensation of hunger.
In Japan, they conducted research that was published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry in 2009 with two groups of mice fed a high-fat diet. One group was given water and the other acetic acid (the main component of apple cider vinegar). The group taking the vinegar had 10% less fat.
How to lose weight with apple cider vinegar?
Simply add 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in 1 liter of water and drink during the day.
You can also add between 1 teaspoon and 1 tablespoon to dishes during the meal.
